Grand Seiko is committed to your absolute satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your timepiece, we offer a complimentary 30-day return period for items in unworn, original condition. All returns must include the original packaging, certificates, and warranty cards to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Grand Seiko account or visit our online returns portal to submit a request and receive a pre-paid insured shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box along with all protective films, manuals, and the signed warranty certificate.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch box inside a sturdy shipping carton and affix the provided high-value insured label to ensure safe transit to our service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
